- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and comfort for each client.
- Assist with Mobility and Transfers
- Safely help clients with mobility, including using lifts or other mobility aids as necessary.
- Support clients in moving around their environment comfortably and confidently.
- Medication Support
- Administer medications as directed, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Document and report any concerns regarding medication to supervisors.
- Emotional and Social Support
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Listen, empathize, and support clients’ emotional well-being through positive interactions.
- Meal Preparation and Assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements.
- Assist clients with eating and drinking when needed.
- Household Tasks
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Observe and document clients' health, behavior, and progress.
- Communicate changes or concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to Tanshe Healthcare’s standards, policies, and care protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, creating a safe environment for clients.
